Your doctor will prescribe a personal treatment plan that meets your unique needs and send it to the SureSmile digital lab.

After your treatment plan is approved, your doctor will receive your aligners or other mode of treatment, and you’ll return to the doctor to go over instructions.

As your treatment journey progresses, you'll check in with your doctor regularly to make sure everything's on track.

At the end of your treatment, you’ll receive SureSmile Retainers to help keep your newly aligned teeth in place. Depending on your treatment type, you may also get a whitening kit.⁰
