This is the first step in your patient’s treatment journey. The SureSmile® Treatment Planning Software works with almost any intraoral scanner, CBCT, 3D printer, and brackets.

Set precise treatment preferences including timing, location, rate of tooth movement, and trim type and height for each stage.¹

The SureSmile^® Digital Lab converts your prescription to a comprehensive treatment plan, which then receives a final quality inspection by a Digital Lab Specialist. 8 out of 10 SureSmile Aligner treatment plans are approved with no more than one modification.²

Once you approve the treatment plan, you can order aligners from SureSmile or fabricate them in your office. You can also order robotically bent wires or 3D printed models, and STL files which you can export.³⁴

The aligners will be shipped to your practice, along with SureSmile® VPro™⁵ and a patient kit that stores and helps protect aligners. The kit also contains Chewies™ aligner tray seaters to help aligners fit properly and Retainer Brite® to help clean and brighten aligners.⁶ Your patient can then pick up their items and begin treatment.

When aligner treatment concludes, the patient receives a whitening kit⁷ and their first retainer. They can also order future retainers.
